Finding anything: the Cmd+K search and the help search
One index, two doors: Cmd+K searches everything including these help articles, and the Help Center bar is the same search narrowed to help.
The global search: Cmd+K
Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere, or tap the search icon in the top bar. One box searches the content of the whole platform: lessons, learning paths, tools, case studies, research briefings, glossary terms, categories, business models, simulators, and these help articles, body text included, plus a map of where things live on the site.
Arrow keys move through results, Enter opens one, Escape closes. If the quick results are not enough, See all results opens a full results page for the same query.
The help search
The search bar at the top of the Help Center runs the SAME index, narrowed to help articles and site pages: titles, headings, and full body text, plus the FAQ answers. Search a phrase like streak or refund and it surfaces the article section that answers it, or points you straight at the right page.
So it is one index behind two doors. The Help Center bar is the narrow door for when you already know you are asking about the product; Cmd+K is the wide one.
Which one to use
Looking for a thing, like a lesson on churn, the break-even calculator, or a term you heard? Cmd+K. Asking a question, like how billing works, where notes go, or what teachers can see? Either one answers it, and the Help Center bar just keeps the lessons out of the way while you ask.
Glossary terms are in both worlds: Cmd+K finds the term itself, and the Glossary page has its own browsing view.
If something does not show up
Searches need at least two characters, and broader words usually beat exact phrases. One more honest detail: if you learn through an organization that has narrowed its content, items outside your program are filtered out of search results. They are not missing, just not part of your program.
