The only charge a personal account ever sees
Right now the only thing a personal account can buy is the $9.99 Ad-Free Pass: one payment, nothing recurring. (Purchases made before the free era stay honored forever: one-time lifetime access, at whatever price applied.) There is no subscription and nothing renews, so a second charge from Corlova on a personal account should never happen.
The payment is processed by Stripe (by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay) and Corlova never sees or stores your card number.
Your receipt
After payment succeeds, a receipt is emailed to your account email, the address on your Corlova account, so that is the inbox to check. If it has not arrived, look in spam first. Still missing? Contact support with the date of the payment and the email you paid under.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked
If Corlova is not what you wanted, you can refund yourself within 14 days of your purchase. Open your profile, find the Payments section, and press Refund this purchase. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, in full, the moment you confirm; no form, no reason to give. Prefer a human? Reply to your receipt or use the contact page from the email you paid under and we will do it by hand instead.
Everything on Corlova is free right now with a free account, so there is nothing to judge before paying. The Ad-Free Pass is the only purchase, and it is optional.
Organization seats are billed to the organization
If you use Corlova through a school or company, your seat is part of their annual license, billed to the organization by card or by invoice and purchase order on net-30 terms. Nothing is charged to you personally for an org seat, so no Corlova charge appears on your statements.
Already own lifetime access and later join an organization? Your personal membership stays yours forever. The org seat just layers the managed experience on top, still at no charge to you.
