When something looks wrong: progress, pages, sign-in codes, and sim results

Progress looks out of date

Progress saves on your device the moment it happens and syncs to your account in the background. If another device (or this one) shows stale numbers, make sure you are signed in and refresh the page once. That pulls your latest synced state. Working signed out keeps progress on that device only, so sign in before a session you want to keep everywhere.

A page will not load right after an update

Every update renames the app's files, so a tab left open across an update can ask for files that no longer exist. The app notices and reloads itself once to pick up the new version. If you ever see a stuck loading screen instead, it offers a reload button after a few seconds, or you can just refresh once yourself. If problems continue after a refresh, check the platform status page.

Sign-in code emails are not arriving

Corlova emails codes for two-factor sign-in, password resets, and other confirmations. If one has not shown up, check your spam or junk folder first. Verification codes and important emails like receipts sometimes land there. Every code screen also has a Resend code button; it waits a few seconds between sends, then fires a fresh code.

A simulator run did not reach my teacher

A run's result is sent the moment you reach the ending screen, as long as you are signed in and online. The ending screen confirms it with a note that the run counts toward your assignment and your teacher can see the result. If your connection dropped right at the end, the run still shows on your device but may not have reached your teacher.

The fix is to play another full run while online: replaying overwrites with your latest run anyway, and any finished ending counts, bankruptcy included.
