Tools & Calculators: what's free, how they work, and how lessons pair with them

70 working tools that compute live and show their formulas: which ones are free, what the file tools do with your data, and how each tool connects back to lessons.

What's on the Tools page

The Tools page holds 70 working calculators, scorecards, and upload-and-go file tools, grouped by topic: Unit Economics, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Rental Economy, Risk, and more. Every result computes live as you type, and every calculator shows the formula it's using, so you can check the math instead of trusting a black box.

Use the search box to find a tool by name, or the group chips to browse one topic at a time.

Which tools are free

Every calculator opens with a free account: no card, nothing counted, no daily limit.

Without an account you can still open any calculator, change the inputs, and read how to use it; the result, with its formula and assumptions, opens the moment you create the free account.

File tools never upload your files

Four tools work on real business files: the Sales CSV Analyzer, Expense Categorizer, Email List Cleaner, and Product Image Optimizer. You drop a file in and get the analysis: revenue trends from a sales export, categorized spend from a bank CSV, a cleaned email list, or compressed product photos.

These run entirely in your browser. The file never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any server.

How lessons and tools pair up

Every business category with numeric lessons has at least one matching tool. Lessons that involve a calculation embed a calculator from their own category, and every tool page lists the related lessons that explain the thinking behind the numbers. Case studies surface related tools too, so you can rerun a case's math with your own inputs.

One note for organization learners: if your organization's program has the Tools section switched off, the page says so. Ask your administrator if you think it should be included.
